②Metal: stainless steel mesh logo, aluminum sign, CD pattern logo, electroplated nickel logo, use suitable for electroplated nickel logo, or stamping and etching LOGO and then pouring crystal drips.

Drip material

There are various classifications of crystal glue.

① according to the curing conditions, can be divided into light-setting and heat-setting type.

② According to the material nature, it can be divided into epoxy type and polyurethane type.

③ According to the appearance and texture, it can be divided into two categories: hard and soft.

Light-set crystal drip adhesive is popular in early applications, but the plumpness, smoothness and bonding force of the formed surface are still insufficient. Meanwhile, due to the high price of the raw material photosensitizer and the difficulty of preservation, crystal adhesive manufacturers gradually turned to heat curing. The more common crystal adhesives on the market are epoxy resin and polyurethane (hereafter referred to as PU adhesive).
